Mackman PR secures contract for Chelsea garden

Mackman PR has this month secured an additional contract from a long-standing client to cover publicity for their show garden at the Chelsea Flower Show. With a topical environmentally-friendly theme, the Bee-Friendly Plants garden is sure to attract a lot of attention. Chelsea takes place on 25-29th May and will receive global coverage. Securing attention for this garden amongst the other entrants will really boost exposure for our client, and we’re proud to represent them.

UK Research Company Mackman Research wins business research contract

Mackman Research has won a public relations research contract for leading national provider of accountancy and business services, Baker Tilly.

Mackman Research has been commissioned by Baker Tilly to conduct a study among company directors who own a significant stake in their businesses.  Baker Tilly is interested in directors’ outlook on owning and managing a business in the UK.  The research will be used as a public relations tool to raise brand profile for the accountancy group.

“We have enjoyed an ongoing working relationship with Baker Tilly’s Bury and Milton Keynes offices during the past five years and were pleased to be approached by Baker Tilly London,” says Gemma Mackman, Research Director at Mackman Research.  ” The new pr research contract requires working to a tight deadline and reaching a challenging group of Managing Directors, in owner managed businesses that are notoriously difficult to gain opinions from.  However, we thoroughly enjoy projects that test our research skills and are looking forward to completing the project on time and expanding our work with Baker Tilly.”

Mackman PR has been recognised for its outstanding customer service.

The Public Relations company picked up the award for Outstanding Customer Service at the Anglian Business Awards, which recognise the hard work, achievements and outstanding performance of businesses in the region.

Judge Duncan Brodie said “Mackman was a worthy winner of a very competitive category. The judges felt that the company had brought its expertise in the customer care arena to bear on its own business highly effectively, with good customer retention and strong evidence of a high level of customer satisfaction.”

Director Paul Mackman said everyone at the company was thrilled with the success. “We believe that excellent customer service is absolutely vital and to be recognised in this way is brilliant,” he said.
